What could this be !? 39 weeks

I had my cervix checked today and I’m 3cm dilated && 70% effaced . I’m now passing stuff like this. Is this normal or what could it even be ?

Generally it’s from cervical irritation because you’ve been checked and currently during pregnancy you have increased blood volume. But it is always safer to get checked
