I’m a ftm my daughter is 5 weeks old, recently she’s been congested but then I looked in her nose and saw this bump, I’m very concerned, does anyone know what this could be?

It could be dried mucus and all. I would recommend a humidifier and the nose frida. 
Also go see the doc if you are concerned. They will check her breathing and vitals. Take a look at her ears, nose and mouth
