Spot like areas

Hey guys

This post may be a bit gross for some.but I am looking for some advice or info I have these spot like areas on my boobs and in middle that have started really annoying me and getting a bit painful I thought nothing of it and presumed.it was just a simple spot and would go away one I've had 3 weeks and 1 1 week maybe bit longer they are starting to irritate me and one is weeping.

My friend said that it will be fine and to use savlon 🤣🤣😅

Any recommendations would be great thanks in advance oh and also I have implants if that makes any difference.
