Can babies below 12 months old have cows milk mixed in breast milk?

Hi mommas
I was wondering if 10 month old babies can have whole milk?
My baby is breastfed but im a exclusively pumping mom and it seems that im not producing enough but is just 1oz short per bottle feeding. I want to keep giving my baby breastmilk so i was wondering if i can mix in whole milk in the breastmilk to make up for the amount im short at.

At 10 months it would be healthier for baby to mix with formula rather than cows milk. I’d look out for some brands! I also exclusively pumped but started adding in Earths Best formula so I highly recommend that but there are a bunch of great options out there

I give my 10 month old one bottle of cows milk a day to get her used to it because at 12 months that's when wic stops giving formula and gives cow milk. She is doing pretty good.

If its only 1 oz. short. Personally, I would just add some goats milk to it, its more gentle on the stomach.
