3 week olds wake windows HELP

Has anyone had issues with their baby FIGHTING sleep during the day and having crazy long wake windows despite trying your hardest to get them to go to sleep. Swings don’t work, rocking barely works, I tried swaddling and putting him in his pack n play today with white noise. Went for a walk in his stroller and nothing is helping. He sleeps so good at night and independently in his bassinet too but during the day he just doesn’t want to go down. Any advice or reassurance I’m not alone is greatly appreciated 😭 he turns 3 weeks tomorrow.
