Transitioning my toddler

I currently have a 2 year old daughter and I’m pregnant now. I’m currently 21w5d with a baby boy. I’m wanting to try and transition my daughter into sleeping in her own bed (that’s in my room right across from my bed). I have tried to let her sleep in her own toddler bed but she wakes up between 2am-3am and looks for me or come and get into my bed with me and after a couple of nights of her doing that i stopped trying because some nights when she woke up, she was fully woke ready to eat and play. Can i please get some help on how i should transition her? What should i do?
