Ttc ober a year

So a weird one, on the 24th I had thick egg white jelly & also leading on the 28th, I give up doing ovulation and trying cause for a year it gets disappointing each month, any ways today I felt wet down there it wasn’t stringy or anything just wetness, I did an ovulation test and it was darker.. so confused 🤔, I thought I had it worked out, I haven’t done nothing to keep this month ovulation as I said I gave up keeping track
