Positive test

I’m only 15 dpo, but already getting a 3+ on the clear blue weeks tests (meaning you should be over 5+ weeks pregnant).

I’ve been reading and all I can see if people getting 3+, we’ll into 20+ dpo. Has anyone had this before, oh god is it twins?!
