Upper back / chest pains - 38 weeks

I’ve struggled on and off with heart burn throughout my pregnancy but since yesterday I’ve started having a pain that radiates through my upper back and chest at the same time, it’s pretty painful but doesn’t stop me in my tracks if that makes sense?

Not sure if it’s heartburn related or not, it feels a little different to the pain I get with heartburn - is anyone else experiencing this? I have an appointment Wednesday with the hospital so going to keep an eye on it for now
