Cat napping is the bane of my existence right now. What about you?

16 weeks old and she will not nap longer then 20mins on her own. She will nap upwards of 2 hours on one of us. I just can't deal anymore and am so exhausted. How are your littles doing with sleep?

How is baby sleeping at night? That is VERY normal for daytime sleep. Naps only start to consolidate around 5-6 months so please don’t feel like you’re doing something wrong! We follow Taking Cara Babies and it saved my sanity. We follow wake windows and try not to stress over short naps.

My little takes 3-4 20-30 minute naps a day. Basically if my husband isn’t home I can’t get shit done but it is what it is 🙃

The last two nights my 15 week old has been waking up almost every hour through the night and super fussy the whole day with very short naps. I also have a two year old so it's non stop the whole day and omg I am so exhausted it's insane. 😩

Sleeping great now!.
7 hours over night. We wake them.
Sleeps good through the day and is quite happily awake most of the time if awake through the day and not out of bed. Doesn't make much fuss at all!.
Was rough a little bit back though when day was night and night was day!.
We had to rotate that around and my husband and I were exhausted.
We have 2 babies so it was tiring!.
An 18 month old and our second is 16 weeks tomorrow!.

Aw man! Have you tried swaddling her with white noise on? That’s what we do for our 15 week old when he is not wrapped on me. When he is in the moby wrap he sleeps 1.5-2 hours and the same when swaddled with white noise. 💕

it takes FOREVER to get my baby to sleep during the day & then she sleeps for maybe 20 mins...sometimes 30. its made me cry of frustration some days!!! sometimes(like today) i give up & let her sleep next to me on the couch and feed off my boob.

Abit of a mix with sleeping tbh, to be expected at this stage but she naps and sleeps way better than my first!
