6 month old suggestions

Question

What can I get my 6 month old? He’s over his swing. Should I get the baby bjourn or is he to old for it? I’m not sure what I should get him and he doesn’t sit up on his own

My son loved this at this age. You don’t want to leave them in it for too long at a time but it’s nice for use in short intervals a few times a day. 
The only problem with this one was that it was too tall for him and he couldn’t put his feet flat on the floor which is important. So I had to put stuff underneath his feet so he could put his feet flat on something

Kids around that age are just starting to interact with objects. My daughter started liking balls (tennis, dog toys, bath tub balls, etc). If you're looking for something to encourage sitting up use a few pillows to prop you kid up or a nursing Boppy.

Floor seats with interactive toys can keep them busy, but you really don’t need anything. A padded blanket or mat and floor time with interactive toys will do a child good.
