Nipple piercing (female)

Hello! I got both my nipples pierced January 29th, 2022. I currently cannot go see my piercer cause I think I have covid. For those who have nipple piercings, are scabs where the needle exited normal? I’ve got it on my right nipple on one side. Both my nipples are still a little bit sensitive, but they don’t really hurt unless I bump them on accident. I also use saline solution to clean both nipples. I use q-tips for both nipples then I soak them for a minute with the saline solution.
