Pregnancy fear

Hi I’m 14W 3D with my third child I’m completely freaking out I also suffer with a lot or anxiety and overthinking it’s driving me nuts. I don’t feel pregnant anymore, I still have some tiredness but everything else has disappeared. I’m not sure if I’ve felt my baby move as yet. I haven’t helped myself by going to different forums and I’ve seen women put they’ve miscarriaged at 14w now I’m here wondering if I should turn up to the A+E just to put my mind at rest
