Just had my first NST
Well, for this pregnancy at least. I had them in my last one. I thought I hadn’t been experiencing Braxton Hicks much this pregnancy.
Well, the doc asked if I had any and I told her “not really. Maybe twice” as I’m hooked to the monitor having a contraction 😅. Apparently I didn’t realize the feeling of my belly getting really hard and feeling like my son was pushing up against the top of my belly was a contraction. At least they’re not too painful.
