I need some serious help on this !!!

We are moving from south Dakota to Massachusetts maybe late April to May my kids are 2 years old and 4 years old  2 y is short 4 y is a bit tall ,I been looking into double strollers  I have a Britax double stroller but my 4 year old doesn't fit anymore to tall she's uncomfortable,  I want a simple stroller not to expensive 
The stroller in the pic I've heard so many great things about it. Is it ?? Anyone use it before PLEASE HELP ME

I would get two identical umbrella strollers and they make clips that you can attach them together to make them into a double stroller, but you can take them apart when you need a single stroller. I am going to do this when I have my second.

Depending on what part you’re moving to, you will want much better tires. If you’re going to be anywhere in the eastern part of MA, you’re going to be contending with shitty old sidewalks and or cobblestones. Your life will be far more pleasant with better tires and a good push. BOB is another great option if you have the trunk space. Anything super lightweight will be a nightmare. The single GT is great too. The vista and city select are pretty popular double tandems around here. Good luck!
