Hospital bag... what is your bag?

What are you using for your bag? A small suitcase, or more of a duffel bag? I feel like I need a small suitcase to fit everything. I know I’m not going to be there that long and won’t need that much, but I also hate being underprepared. Is a small suitcase too much? I’m talking like an airplane carry on size.

I'm bringing a suitcase that's slightly larger than a carry on. I'll most likely be induced so I'm planning on a longer stay since that process can take awhile. It'll have both stuff for me and baby. Plus i was going to put some other things in there so my birth partner has stuff to do while waiting

I take my carry on suitcase bc it has wheels. I like to take a body pillow to sleep with while I'm there so it's easier not to have to carry the bag.

I’m bringing my carryon suitcase because I will most likely be induced. And I want to have multiple days to be prepared for. Also bringing my breast pump in there which takes up a bit of room, because they recommended it. I’ll also be packing for me and my husband, so I have to think about those supplies.

I like to pack light since the hospital will provide most things, this's what I'm taking for me my husband and the baby stuff... I brought something similar when I had my first kid.

Just a diaper bag. I’ll be there for 3 days (c-section.) This is my 4th though, so I know what I do and don’t need. My husband will have his own small backpack with the few essentials he needs.

I have a duffle that has 3 sections in it so one for each of us. And then I’ll bring my own pump so I can work on getting comfortable with it

When I had my daughter in 2020 we used a small rolly suitcase for mine and my husband’s clothes, and then a small duffel for baby’s clothes/snacks/my pump (hospital told us to bring our own because of Covid). Planning to most likely do the same this time
