Carrying super high 😩☹️

I’m 40 weeks and 3 days , my midwife said baby is still very high and haven’t lost my mucus plug and am not dilated yet either . This is my 3rd and is very different from my other two . 😩. She is giving me until Wednesday to go into labor naturally and there’s a big chance I could get a csection because of baby not dropping and they want to monitor my baby’s heart rate and oxygen levels to see if I’m getting induced or csection and I’m so afraid .. my second pregnancy I carried him until 40 and 4 days and went into labor naturally without him really dropping and I was 1 cm dilated before my last midwife appointment . I don’t know what to do at this point . How could I help baby drop , he’s head down but not low enough 💔💔

Update : had him yesterday ! , he was still super high so delivery was more challenging during pushes but was out within 17 minutes !
