10 weeks and bleeding

Yesterday after going to the bathroom I had red/brown blood in the toilet and after wiping my doctor told me to go to the ER… I had an ultrasound done and baby was still there with a heartbeat of 180! I had bloodwork as well but I never got the results because I needed to leave to pickup my daughter from daycare …. Going today to get results 🙏 fast forward to this morning I was on the toilet (straining) and when I wiped I had a discharge or maybe a clot? Of dark brown on the paper so now I’m worried 😟
