Smaller breast implants?

Has anyone ever downsized on breast implants?

I got a breast augmentation 8 years ago. I was very, very thin and petite. 5’0, 102 pounds. I went with a 550cc ultra high profile implant. It’s definitely a big implant for someone my size, and I would have gone even bigger but this was the absolute biggest my doctor was go

I went from being completely flat to a dd cup, which gave me a very fake look since I was so tiny.

I am getting another breast augmentation and want to go smaller to a 375/400cc, which I think will give me maybe a small c cup. I’m really over the whole giant fake boob look, and just want something that will fit my body better, and look more natural

So I will be talking to my plastic surgeon about this, but this isn’t something I plan to do for another year, so I am wondering has anyone downsized? I know plenty of people who went bigger, no one has ever gone smaller. I’m worried my boobs will look deflated with loose skin.

Has anyone downsized? If so, by how much? Any regrets?
