Early Pregnancy symptoms but very faint line

I’m so confused guys. My last menstrual cycle was Jan 4 2022 and my ovulation day was charting around Jan 16th 2022 on one site and the Jan 23rd 2022 on another site. I’m now 13 days late for my period in February on one site and 6 days late on the other one. I’ve been testing ever since 5 DPO and 9 DPO I think I saw a slight faint once but nothing after that but this morning which is Feb 13th 2022, I tested and it was quite faint line.

IMO: I’m probably having one chemical pregnancy after another or just conceived again?

I’m only really trying to get feed back on here with this. I am also waiting on a reply from my clinic with a request to go get my blood hcg levels tested so any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks
