Miscarraige? Implantation? Hematoma?

I’ve posted earlier about my bleeding so I’m going to do this on a separate post, I had been having spotting for a few days I had been confirmed pregnant (4 weeks 4 days) I have had some more bleeding starting today (nothing to soak through a pad or completely soak underwear) I passed a few clots that looked similar to this some slightly bigger they were stringy/watery but I don’t know if that’s considered a clot? I’m going to go get my HCG levels checked tomorrow but can this be normal, the nurses on call didn’t seem too concerned about it since it hasn’t been a heavy period flow and I haven’t been cramping?
