38 + 4 weeks mid back pain
Hi there,
Been having a constant mid - lower back pain for the last couple of hours, tried a bath, heated pad, short walk and nothing seems to be helping.
It's not a sharp pain more like a dull ache but it is quite painful.
Early sign of labour or just that my back has had enough of being pregnant? 😂
