Not Sure if I’m actually pregnant or not . HELPP!!!!!

Hey guys ,

I need some advice. This will be a long post because there are SOOO many moving parts but trust me it all comes together .

So Early Valentine’s Day morning around 145am, I was cleaning and found a pregnancy test and decided hey let’s just take this for shits and giggles. Well to my surprise it was POSITIVE . I then went and bought about 5 more including a digital test later that morning when stores opened and took one each time I had to pee so the times varied through the day, but they were all POSITIVE . I can’t tell if the lines are the same or getting darker. They are in order from first one I took to last one. Now I haven’t had any pregnancy symptoms at all. Nothing noticeable or out of the ordinary other than the occasional headache. Now I had my period the beginning of January 1-5 and then I bled AGAIN January 25-29th. If we go by the Jan 25th date , I wouldn’t have a positive pregnancy test yet , right ?

I’m All the doctors are saying I wouldn’t have a positive urine test . Now I took a pregnancy test Jan 3rd and it was negative . I went tot he ER early this morning because I’ve had some cramping a

nd headaches . They did a quant HCG it came back as 58.43. They said when they see those numbers that typically means it’s on the decline and that I may have had a missed miscarriage. Yes I have endometriosis as well. So my questions are:

Has anyone had any stimuli experiences and you ended up actually being pregnant ?

Would I have a positive pregnancy test this soon ? I would be 3weeks and 2 days approx I’m guessing.

Could this be a missed miscarriage and my HCG is just the lingering from the Jan 25th bleeding ?

Could I have ovulated a different day and the ovulation day prediction was wrong ?
