Breast reduction & insurance

For those of you who have had a breast reduction and had it covered (or attempted to have it covered) by insurance, I have a few questions!

I’m 35, have two kids, and am ready for a breast reduction.

To my understanding you need a ton of documentation to prove your breasts are just too damn big. I’m starting to work on the documentation now.

Besides GP, and a chiropractor, are there any other doctors worth seeing?

Has anyone attempted to have the surgery covered and was denied?

Anyone partially covered?

Do you have to go down to a certain size for it to be covered?

Any other helpful information to share?
