confused

my charts say i’m supposed to have ovulated between feb 12-14. on valentine’s day me and my bf had sex. it was kinda rough but we used lube and i felt fine after. next day i woke up and had bad cramping in my back and lower abdomen, then shortly after started period like bleeding and been bleeding for a whole day now. it’s only cycle day 22 for me and my period doesn’t come til cycle day 30+… i’ve never had this before. i don’t think it’s ovulation bleeding from what i hear but if it’s my period why is it so early? like do i need to call my doctor or should i go to the urgent care? this is confusing and scaring me
