my period is late.. spotting? or period? TMI

TMI IM SORRY ): but so my period is late by about 6-7 days…. but since two days ago i began having cramps & then yesterday i started to have a bit of blood.. and so i’ve been wearing a liner and today there’s more than there was yesterday and i’m still having cramps so uhm i know this is really tmi and nasty but can anyone tell me if this is like implantation spotting or if it’s my period starting?
