Delayed development

Has anyone else had a 4 year old (in March) that has been extremely resistant to potty training, had some delayed speech and seeming sensory sensitivity but not diagnosed with any disorders or disabilities?

How did your child progress and catch up?

My doctor has said he’s incredibly smart and strong willed and has been tested for autism.

I am not worried about him having a diagnosis I’m just trying o figure out ways I can be the best mom and support him and teach him.
