( i know i have to get tested my obgyn doesn’t have appointments right now ) so a day after having sex i was having back pain and the weird feeling after/while peeing and having the urge to pee every three seconds, also was a little blood in my urine & thick discharge

It sounds like a UTI, to me, what concerns me is the back pain which could mean kidney infection. 
Regardless of where the infection is, if you are owing blood you need to get checked out, cause you probably will need antibiotics,
Also you don’t need to go to an obg or a Gino for this, most general doctors can treat a UTI no problem.
While you get actual medical help, you should drink tons of water (the cranberry juice thing is a myth) for the burning sensation you can take Phenazopyridine (pyridium) which is over the counter and quite cheap (at least where I live) just remember to eat while you take it cause if not you’ll puke orange (it also makes your pee orange). 
Just drinking plenty of water might flush it out on its own, if not you should look out for fever, shivering and if you tap your back where your kidneys are and it hurt a like a lot then it’s in your kidneys and you definitely need antibiotics

   Use goodrx if u dont hv insurance

It sounds like you have a uti and need antibiotics. Go to urgent care or use telehealth. You need antibiotics to treat your UTI.
