am I having a heart attack

I’m 21 years old and I woke up in the middle of the night last night with chest pain in the left side of my chest. My left arm also hurts. It’s been all day and since I started my day, the chest pain has gone away and the arm pain remains. I have anxiety and I have convinced myself that I have had a heart attack before and sent myself to the hospital and nothing was wrong and now I’m freaking myself out again and I have more symptoms now than I did before. what are my chances of having a heart attack as a 21 year old female?? I am not extremely overweight (I would say i’m medium sized) and I don’t do drugs. I can’t stop crying :(
