Sleeping

How did you guys get your 1 year olds on a schedule I know it’ll be hard but I’ve let my little man stay up on my schedule since he was born so now I don’t know what to do we go to bed around 1 or 2 because he sleeps with my husband and I. So I try to make sure he’ll go to sleep when we lay down . But it also effects my 6 month olds schedule because she goes when him and I go into bed. I know I’ve messed it up and I know it’ll be hard and not fun but I think it’s time. All advice welcome :)
