Literally no budging
22-125 lbs (5 foot 2) 27-140 lbs and literally can't get the weight off. I've been doing the stairs, going to the gym, doing Pilates at home, and try to eat reasonably well with calorie tracking. Why am I not seeing a budge on the scale after 4 weeks? And why do I see the most dramatic weight loss after my period is gone, but then stay on another plateau for the next 4 weeks until my cycle starts again
