Is this weird?

Alright so a month ago, at this new job I started this random older lady pulled me aside to give me a “tour” of the facility. We spent the last hour of my shift together and she wouldn’t let me leave. she was one of the supervisors. I never met her before this, and at first she was so nice. she told me I reminded her of herself when she was young.

then she started asking me very weird questions about my family and then about death. how I feel about death. am I afraid of death. how I should embrace it. so forth. I left that conversation feeling really dark and uncomfortable.

now a month later, I have experienced for the first time two very traumatic losses and have seen death right in front of me.

I feel so uncomfortable with what that lady asked me and absolutely terrified of my work environment. am I being dramatic??? would this creep you out too?? my great aunts really believe in curses and stuff like that, I don’t really but im lowkey starting to now?

either way, cursed or not, are those questions inappropriate to ask a stranger????
