Pregnancy issues and concerns

Hey ladies. So I’m 4 and a half weeks pregnant. Now I know it’s normal to not have a lot of symptoms yet. The weird thing is the ones I have are on and off more like a stinging pain in my abdominal especially upper and in my pelvic area. It comes and goes and mostly a stinging feel. I also have been drinking normal water and barely have to pee at all. One and a while I get a little icky feeling but not enough to throw up. Also when I do pee it’s always bright or dark yellow but when I wipe on the toilet paper is always vibrant yellow colour. I have been tested and no infections… does anyone else have this in there symptoms? I’m worried.
