FTM—Should I Be Concerned??

33+3 (Saturday) and I noticed this color on my pad tonight (I had to put it on while at work cause the discharge was so bad at one point). To me it looks kind of brownish? Not a dark heavy one though. I go to the doctor on Monday for my 34 week appointment. My discharge wasn’t like a pad an hour type thing and no, there’s no smell to make me think it’s bacterial vaginosis
