tmi bloody stool???

in 24 hours i had 6 slices of pizza white pizza with tomato and ricotta cheese, i also was prescribed a different prenatal two days ago bc they didn’t have my usual. this pizza usually has lots of garlic on it so i chalked it up to being from that but i have liquid diahrea all day since 1pm it’s 11pm now and i when i just had to push i felt nauseous and like i was gonna pass out for a second until i ran cold water on my face. i’m 20 weeks pregnant idk if i should just try and rest or go to hospital.
