i’m not sure if i’m supposed to shave my arms because i see girls who look like they have no arm hair and i have a lot so i’m self conscious not wearing long sleeves. i always was told not to but i can’t help but wonder if people do

hey! don't let people or society get to your head! as a hairy girl, and im a dark brunette my arm hair shows a lot and honestly when i was younger i used to be so self conscious about it but with age i've grown to not care about it as much. i probably do my arms once a year or something during the summer time😂😂 i also used to be self conscious thinking about what my boyfriend would think but he doesn't care and it's just honestly the most relieving thing ever. you do you girlie💘

When I was younger, I was insecure about my arm hair. I'm a hairy girl, lol. But now, 29 years old, I love my arms. My mom, almost 50, shaves her arms. Its just a personal preference, like shaving your legs. Do it cause you want to, not cuz of outside influences!!
I went to the doctor the other day and the nurse goes "hey, you have hairy arms like me. I don't see that often" 😂😂

I used to and it was a mistake. When I decided to let it grow back it grew in wonky and took forever to retrain the hair to lay flat.

You can have hair or not, but if you don’t want hair, I would do something like nair or laser removal instead of shaving. If you skip, you’re all prickly and that’s worse than having hair IMO 🤷🏼‍♀️

When i was in middle school & insecure about any body hair I did, but never have since. The feeling of stubbly arm hair is so gross to me.
