TMI! Non stop bleeding

Hey guys , google is freaking me out so I thought I’d just on here , I haven’t taken a pregnancy test because I thought I may of been starting my period but in fact I have been bleeding for about a month, varies in colours and amount each day , sizes of clots , my period have never gone over a normal week out of the normal

Each day is different but this is today and it’s colours always range red to a eagerly light colour , I have very minor cramps but dizziness sometimes going up the stairs to work

This has happened to be about three months ago but only lasted two weeks this time almost over a month ,

Just hoping someone may of experienced this and could shed some light before I go see the doctor
