Husband wants me to get a full time job.

Baby is just about 3 months old and I currently had to cut back from 3 days to two days at my serving job that starts at 7am. Plus I’ve been door dashing. He wants me to work at a boat/factory type company with him. I’m not opposed to getting a job but I have concerns. Baby doesn’t like to go to bed until 12-2 maybe I’ll get lucky and get some more sleep some nights. But I’ll have to get up at like 40 cause it’s a drive. He isn’t willing to stay up with baby cause he has to drive forklift. But says he will let me nap, however I don’t think I can count on him to do that. Cause I don’t get that now after he promised me before baby was born. On top of that I do all of the cooking and cleaning. I don’t know when I’d ever find time. We would have someone come and take care of baby while we are at work but does he need me still? Like is it too soon or am I just making excuses?
