What do you say to kids???

park & playground I saw this older boy he would harass small kids he put his leg up to kick a small child and tried to push a little girl

I was so angry but I didn't know what to do the small children were ages 3-6 and the older boy he was 10-12 age

The small children the parents were there but when it happened they were looking somewhere else missed it

I felt so afraid when I saw him alone with a little girl I wanted to warn the girls parents not to let her alone with that kid

I saw the older boy his father was grilling and would stop and play soccer with the boy but when he would stop playing the boy would run to the playground and harass the children.

I want to ask assertive people what would you say to that older boy?

What would you say to the older boy's father?

What would you tell the little kids parents especially if you saw him kick a small child
