Keep getting UTIs

I’m almost 24 and I had never ever gotten a UTI until October. For my first one it was brutal (peeing blood and everything). I changed some habits and started drinking tons more water and some cranberry juice. Well, despite that I got another one in January. Got rid of that one and now I can feel another one coming on.

Why after years of not getting them am I now getting them consistently? I haven’t changed any habits. ALWAYS pee after sex. I’ve been like triple wiping after I pee to make sure I’m dry. I’m so tired of the discomfort and fear of getting another one. The only thing I can think of for this one is I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I just got over Covid so I was taking some long baths to ease some Covid pains. But I’ve never gotten them before now I’ve gotten 3 back to back. 😫

Any advice? I’m miserable.
