Questions of sex life when having a toddler

How does one still have a good sex life when you have a toddler. Struggling a bit. I want a better sex life with the SO but we have a 3yr. Trying to find time for each other between his work,our toddler, the dog, his mom with Alzheimer’s, it just doesn’t feel like there is no more time left for us.

Little bit of back round his mom doesn’t live with us. She lives 1/2 block away. Got the house close by to keep a close eye on her. But she is here a lot during the day and evening. And goes home late.
