Could this be anything?

Im on the mini pill and I take it everyday around the same time probably within the same 2 hours every night. I’ve been letting my husband finish in me the past 3 nights. We skipped a night in between. I’ve been cramping on my right side. Is this a sign of anything or is it WAY too early? We’re not trying for a baby but not preventing it either. I would be happy either way. Just wondering if it could be anything.
