any ideas on what this is?

Hey guys:) i know this isnt really a place for random medical questions but im just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what this could be, about a week ago i noticed a pimple like bump inside my earlobe and its gotten so much worse and now it feels like a literal hard ball inside my earlobe just a little bit away from my peircing. i havent worn earings in a long time because i rarely do. But i cant even lay on my right side because of this it id super painful. my mom might be taking me to the doctor for it tomorrow because it has gotten so big that its starting to close my peircing hole but im just a little concerned so id appreciate any suggestions!
