Miscarriage question

I’m having a miscarriage. I would be 4 weeks 3 days right now. I started spotting than i started bleeding like a period. I have period like cramps and had back pain. Do I have to test or am I able to go to work if I’m feeling up to it? I’m feeling ok just sad and I want to go to work to get my mind off it but i dont know if it’s considered dangerous. I would at a food store
