Placenta issue

I had a late miscarriage at 16 weeks due to the placenta not functioning as it should and baby wasn’t growing enough, my waters broke, there was no fluid around the baby or heartbeat at 16 weeks.they said they can give me progesterone and aspirin for future pregnancies. Has anyone had this and then had the same issue happen again or gone on to have a healthy baby? I also had a hematoma. Thanks x
