No ovulation

CD 22 with no sign that ovulation has happened or is near. Should I assume this is an anovulatory cycle? Feel like I am wasting so many OPKs tested 2x a day.

I come off HBC in December and my first cycle was 28 days so I am not sure what my typical cycle is.
