Periods delayed by 15 days

I get my periods anywhere from 27-35 days every cycle. I’ve had 37 and 39 days cycle 1-2 times in last 2 years. But this cycle my periods is just gone and I’m on CD 47 today. BFN ofcourse!

Im diagnosed with unexplained infertility and not PCOD!! So this makes me think what’s going on? The only thing I did different this cycle was I took 2 sessions of accupuncture. And did sone yoga classes.

Anyone who tried accupuncture experienced delayed periods or no periods.???
