Flakes of skin?

Does anyone else experience this? It can be an hour after showering and I wipe and there’s like little brown rolled up bits that almost looks like it’s skin on the toilet after and on the tissue? Right now I’m extremely irritated down there with a slight rash and everytime I wipe there’s little brown bits, it’s not blood and it’s not coming from my vagina it’s coming off of my skin even between my butt. Not pregnant and I don’t get periods
