When are you no longer considered “in early pregnancy”?

I’ve always wondered & Google wasn’t much help. There doesn’t seem to be a definitive answer to when you’re no longer considered in “early” pregnancy. I would assume when the second trimester begins. 
What do you think?

I went to the hospital for cramps and loss of mucus plug at 19 weeks and I was still considered “early pregnancy” to them 😟 I believe in the medical / hospital world anyone under 20 weeks is still early pregnancy

After 24 weeks as baby is viable outside the womb according to MFM and High risk OB as they don’t even attempt to help or keep a baby alive before then in Queensland, Australia.
