Contractions start and stop

All weekend long I felt off, achy, crampy, nauseous, lower back ache, headache. I would have contractions (I could feel them and they would go to my back) start and then stop and then keep going all weekend long. At night I will have contractions non stop and can’t sleep, I will use the bathroom to see if that helps and it doesn’t and then during the day it will happen again. I was a 1 last week. Keep losing mucus plug. I want to contact my dr but not sure. It’s so aggravating. I’ve tried walking and a bouncing and I’m just so ready. I’m 39 weeks!
